Arindam Sil and Swastika are playing husband and wife on the sets of Mone Balaka, a tele-film directed by Anindo Sarkar. The story revolves around a newly wed couple Sujoy and Hoimo. Arindam Sil is playing the role of Sujoy, a high flying senior executive, while Swastika is playing his wife, Hoimo. Sujoy is a workaholic. Being entangled in his profession he is unable to spend time with his wife. Inspite of his love for his wife, the couple gets mired in differences of opinion in their daily life. Eventually that starts affecting their relationship.
Arindam Sil might have played father to Koneenica Banerjee and Samata Das in a megaserial but he played father again for an episode of Sudhu Tomari Janye, to model Devdutta, only recently. We caught up with Arindam, Devdutta and model Sushma as director Anindita Sarbhadicari was briefing them for an outdoor shot. Bhaswar plays boyfriend to Devdutta. It's a hilarious love story.
