From Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharyya Hon'ble Mayor of Kolkata

Inspite of constrain of time, whenever possible I glue to my tv set enjoying your acting performance. I personally feel an actor should assume the personality of the charcter which he is assigned to perform , and that should not be shadowed by the actors own personality. I was amazed to see you in your new role as executive producer in BONG CONNECTION.that itself is a saga of your maturity in the nicities of film making. above all , I feel that you are a good human being. None can become successful in the creative art like film making, unless he is a good soul.
I hope that you will continue to flourish as a good soul in the field of film making.

From Abhijit Dasgupta - Editor India Today (Bengali)

Arindam has been a great friend but that would be the biggest cliche since men ever bonded. He has proved himself to be a good actor but what I personally like about him is the way he has constantly upgraded himself. His consistency is remarkable and he would be an asset in any venture. personally, for those who know me, he remains a constant source of strength and a reminder that no, all is not that bad in this world. Yes, my vote for Arindam any day among the maze of charlatans that infests the industry where he is surviving with aplomb.

From Ravi Poddar - Industrialist

I know Arindam neither as an actor nor in any way connected with the film world but as a colleague who worked with me. I know him as a good human being. What impressed me the most was his readiness to assist and co-operate with the people at any juncture. His successful journey to greater heights has not affected his humility and concern for others.
My best wishes – always with him.

From Sanjay Budhia - Industrialist

CEO….. Actor….Creative Advisor .... Celebrity Anchor ….. Executive Producer ….. Arindam is a multi-faceted personality.

My association with Arindam goes back more than a decade when we first met at Bharat Lakshmi Studio. Arindam as an Anchor of the show interviewed me about the Industrial Climate of West Bengal.

Another common thread - Arindam is also a xaverian and me too being a xaverian, share similar values learnt at the “Temple of Excellence” called St. Xaviers.

Apart from everything what he has achieved and is achieving in his professional field, he is a warm person and integral part of Kolkata, He and his wife Shukla are very much integrated into the social soul of our great City.

I genuinely believe it is just a beginning and Arindam will go much far.
