Our Activities >>

Multifarious and innovative activities are held at regular intervals. Each month there are two activities. Some of them are listed below.

MUMMY'S DAY - All the children dress up like 'Mummy' and act like her and get involved in household chores for sometime. E.g. clean dishes,
   
YUMMY VEGETABLE SALAD PARTY - Children dress up like Vegetables and bring any vegetable to make their own salad in class and in the process learn to eat healthy food.
SQUEEZING & SQUASHING - Children squeeze and squash tomatoes and oranges using their fingers and palm to extract juice. This helps them improve their gross motor skill.
PEELING & SHELLING - Children have fun while learning to peel oranges and shell green peas. This helps sharpen their fine motor skill and eye hand co­ordination.
FLOATING & SINKING - Children learn the concept of floating and sinking as they play with Balloons, Keys, Coins, Balls etc. thrown in a tub of water. They try to push the balloons and balls into the water and observe it pop up as they leave the object.
MELTING OF COLOURED ICE - Children enjoy seeing the patterns formed by melting coloured ice in a tub of water. They take the cubes in their hands and watch them melt and feel the cold sensation.
BUBBLE BLOWING - Teacher blows into a bowl of soap water with the help of a straw and the children watch the bubbles as they grow and finally burst.
LAVING THE TABLE & TABLE MANNERS - Children learn to lay the table with plates, glasses, spoons, fork & napkin They learn table manners.
DOLL BATHING - Children oil, bathe, powder and dress their dolls and in the process learn how to keep themselves clean and tidy.

All these activities not only give children sheer pleasure but also help them to learn, to be focused, attentive and boost their concentration. Thus these activities help to develop and improve their capabilities.

Apart from these, one entire week before the Summer/Winter /Puja holidays in kept free for large-scale activities like Fancy Dress/ Magic Show/ Ball Pool Game/ Exchange Day/ Colouring Competition and others. Prizes are awarded to encourage the children.

When the jingle bells chime and Santa Claus is all set to pay his visit the School gears up to stage the Christmas Carnival, the school hires an open space where all the cultures and religions blend to make the carnival a gala and grand event. For a day the parents escape from the hustle and bustle of city life and exude the warmth of togetherness.

Beginners goodwill shall remain forever, because of its involvement with every breath of the child.
