Introducing our Firm -
The firm has been in existence for over three years now super stockist for M/s. Add Pens Limited, our principal with whom we are proud to be associated. The firm along with other companies in the group is the Super Stockist for West Bengal, Bihar, Orissa and the seven sisters of the North East As associates of M/s Add Pens we are proud to have registered a growth fiom about Rupees one million per month in the first year to about Rupees twenty million per month during the last financial year. We arc proud to have kept pace with the growth of our principal. It has indeed taken the determination and drive of our team to have achieved ambitious targets.

The Team -
We have retained our team under two kinds of contract i.e. one, our employees on our pay roll and two, our channel partners viz., distributors, dealers, retailers and stockists who earn handsome commissions and incentives.

Our team of employees consists of well-trained personnel, be it in marketing or operations. The marketing team consists of very senior albeit young area sales managers, sales supervisors and sales executives working under them. These sales personnel keep direct contact with our channel partners and over a period, have acquired insight of the pulse of the market The team is interactive with the management which in turn conveys its views in precise terms to the principal.

As in any other industry, there are a few peculiarities in the handling and maintaining of stock of pens. Keeping strictly this in mind we have retained computer accountants for keeping records and generating reports and computer operator for data entry and communication. We also have one dedicated personnel for handling rates and taxation. At our stockyard there are three supervisors who specialize in receiving, maintenance and delivery of stocks. They are assisted by skilled laborers who are trained to handle the stock with utmost care. Packaging is another integral functional area, which is serviced by two personnel dedicated to this function.

Our channel partners consists of stockists and distributors. These number to about one hundred and fifty in the states that we handle. For your information we have sixty of them in West Bengal.

We arc sure you will appreciate our endeavor in team building and would like to assure you that we are capable of building and maintaining a similar team for your products. Needless to say that our channel which is already finely tuned with us can help us in setting up a distribution network quickly and efficiently for your products.

Storage Facilities -
At present, we have about five thousand square feet of storage space for our current products i.e. pens which is just adequate for the purpose. However, we do realize that different goods require different kind and volume of space for storage. We would like to assure you that should the contract be given to us, we shall make immediate and adequate arrangements for storage as per your specifications and finance shall not be a constraint.

Delivery Facilitation -
To eliminate unwarranted hazards and costs we maintain a small fleet of vehicles to facilitate timely delivery of our merchandise. The fleet includes two Maruti Vans, one 3 Wheeler and one mini truck (this is rented by us permanently on an annual basis).
