TERMS & CONDITIONS -

1. Tour cost inclusive food, lodging (family wise), sightseeing up & Down sleeper class train fair. Excluding entry fees, Guide charges, coolie Charges etc, train food.
2. Minimum 50% of tour cost is payable as advance for booking & Balance before 15 days of the journey Date.
3. If you book the tour within 15 days of tour departure, the entire tour price has to be paid at the time of Booking.
4. Payment can be made through A/C payee Cheque/ Demand Draft or cash.
5. Tour price given in Brochure is per adult. Child 5 years to 11 years 30% less on tour price. Up to below 5 years only food Charges to be given & no seat will be provide in bus or car.
6. We provide food by our own cook as follows:-Bed Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea & Snacks, Dinner etc. (Veg. / Non-veg). Excluding train journey food'
7. The Management shall not be held responsible or liable to pay Any compensation for any incident of theft, burglary etc or for any accident causing and loss injury to missing or death (may God forbid) of any passenger during the tour period.
8. After final payment. company will proceed information to the passengers for final itinerary of tour, confirm journey date, Train No.& Timing and Reporting place.
9. The passengers should arrange to keep their own luggages under lock and key for safety. The management shall nor be held responsible or liable to pay any compensation for any loss or damage of luggages during the tour period.
10. Rooms will be allotted familywise.3 person in a double bed Room, 4 person in triple bed or double bed with one extra bed / mattress.2 person in a room extra charges depend on tour.
11. Due to unavoidable circumstances if the tour is cancelled by us, The entire advance/deposits amount will be refunded without Any compensation. No cancellation will be accept over phone.
