Temperature Measuring Instrument :-

This handy device displays values between -60 °C and +1000 °C (-75 °F and +1830 °F).

The surface temperature sensor FAG TEMP.MG175830.F that is part of the delivery scope can be used for a measuring range of -60 °C to +300 °C
(-75 °F to +570 °F).

The instrument is suitable for temperature measurements on
» rolling bearings, housings and lubricating systems for operation monitoring
» heated rolling bearings and parts to be fitted during mounting

The microprocessor-controlled measuring instrument has a one-line display (digits are 14 mm high). Its foil keyboard offers the following functions:

» On/Off
» Hold (hold measured value on display)

Additional functions:
» Low Bat display (battery voltage)
» Automatic switch-off (Auto-OFF) after 14 min
» Switching from °C to °F

Hydralic Pullers :-

Hydralic PullersFAG PowerPull SPIDER
Strong,easy, quick

Longer stroke length more efficient extraction work

The extension fitted to the piston rod (from SPIDER 250 upwards)or the adapter (SPIDER 40/60/80/100/120/200) increases the stroke length of the integral hydraulic cylinder to 250 mm.The shortened stroke travel speeds up the extraction process;it is not necessary to change to shorter puller arms.

User-friendly

» Quick,easy dismantling
» Hydraulic extraction pullersIntegral hydraulic cylinder with hand pump
» Filled with high viscosity hydraulic oil R 68
» 2 and 3 arm pullers in a single device
» Low mass
» Pump handle can be turned through 360 °
» Automatic centring on shaft by spring loaded centring cone
» Can be used in any position

VersatileHydraulic extraction pullers

» For extraction of rolling bearings, gears, sleeves, washers and many other shrink parts
» Large grip width due to optimised arrangement of puller arms
» Very large grip depth with extra long puller arms (accessories)
» Grip depth can be optimised by means of screw thread and piston rod extension or separate adapter.

Safe

» Safety grid (SPIDER 40...80)or transparent safety cover included in delivery
» Protection against overload by integral safety pressure control valve

Hydraulic extraction pullersOperator protection

The safety cover
» captures any parts that fly off under extreme load,
» is made from extremely tough plastic and is transparent – you can see what is going on,
» can be easily fitted around any tool or workpiece,
» is easily fixed in place using velcro strips.

In the compact pullers SPIDER 40,60 and 80, a safety grid serves the same purpose.

FAG mounting tool sets :-

Hydraulic Nuts

Hydraulic nuts HYD.NUT.. (former FAG designation: RKP) can be used to press parts with a tapered bore onto their tapered seat. Presses are mainly used if the pressing forces required cannot be applied using other devices, e.g. shaft nuts orpressure screws.

They are mainly used for :
the mounting of rolling bearings with a tapered bore. The bearings can be seated directly on a tapered shaft, on an adapter sleeve or an extraction sleeve. If the bearing is located using an extraction sleeve or an adapter sleeve, the hydraulic nut can also be used for dismounting. the mounting of couplings, gears, ships’ propellers etc.
