Dr. Nihar Munsi Eye Foundation, a registered charitable trust, which functions primarily as a specialized eye treatment centre for the common man was set up 1993 in memory of the legendary eye surgeon, Late Dr. Nihar Munsi. It is acknowledged as a premiere eye hospital in Eastern India.
