EMULSION PLANT WITH JUTE SOFTNER MACHINE |
The Emulsion Plant is used in order to lubricate and soften
the bark and gummy raw jute.The emulsion plant consists of
gear pump, motor, vat, jet sprayer, nozzles, valves, emulsion
tank and the jacket.
The softner machine is robustly built, having many pairs of
spirally flutedrollers. The rollers are driven by gear, spocket,
chain, bearing, bush etc. The jute is thus rendered suitable
for carding.
Available 24 Pairs, 36 Pairs, 48 Pairs, 64 Pairs &
72 Pairs (Rollers).

TWISTING MACHINE : (Automatic Doffing
Flyyer Twisting) |
Single yarn (two or more ply) is twisted together and gives
a single strand and wound on to a bobbin, is known as twine
or thread. The twisting machine is our most modern innovation
and has more potentiality in twisting jute yarns. 2ply to
12 ply can be twisted through our machine. 51/2" pitch
bobbin size.
Available 12, 24, 40, and 80 spindles twisting frame.

COP WINDING MACHINE |
This machine takes yarns from the spinning machine The bobbin
is placed on a suitable pin on top of the cop machine, and
1he yern tension is maintained by means of a small liver keeping
in contat with the bobbin. It is a packaging device by which
the yarns on the bobbin are converted to a cop.
Available 12, 24, 48 & 100 spindles.

MACROLL WINDING MACHINE |
This machine takes bobbins from spinning machines. The macroll
windingmachine is used for greater capacity to wind Jute yarn
or Jute twice forbeaming and selling yarm/twine in spool form
as per market demand. This machine is very easy to operate.
Available 12, 24 & 48 spindles.

REELING MACHINE |
This machine takes bobbins from twisting machine and the bobbins
are fitted in the Reeling machine after twisting This Reeling
machine is to be used for the purpose of selling twines in
90" and 72" lachi system. So the purpose of Reeling
machine is to convert the twine into lachi for selling in
the market. The machine is very easy to operate.
Available 12, 24 & 48 spindles.

SACKING LOOM |
This machine takes yarn for beaming machine in beam which
is called warp, and Cop from Cop machine which is called weft.
Cop is put inside shuttle & passes through warp Beam which
makes cloth. Generally cloth width is 26"-30" as
required & generally length is 110 yards. For more production
& less labour ecoloader can be attached.
