INTRODUCTION
Resweld Group of
Company is a diversified Indian Technology group whose business
interests include a host of manufacturing Resistance Welding equipment,
other machineries for Industrial Packaging (metal), special purpose
& tailor made equipment for other engineering industry and Technology
Services etc. Resweld is in a position to provide the entire Engineering
Services, Know-How and Designer Supervision for the facility.
The unique feature of the of the company is their experienced Project
team, capable to provide detailed insight into manufacturing technologies
and operational techniques developed through long years of direct
manufacturing experience. In the recent years the project team had
set-up similar plants for our client to meet the specific requirements.
PROCESS AND PLANT & EQUIPMENT
The proposed radiator manufacturing plant is equipped to manufacture
seam welded radiator assembly for industrial uses. The general process
of manufacture of Radiator from CRCA sheet (1.2 mm thick) is depicted
schematically.
