A
Geological Survey reports the deposits of minerals in mountains. |
Holes
are drilled to plant dynamite which is blasted to break
large stone plate having iron contents, in to pieces called
Boulders.

After
the blast, Excavator are used to move the Boulders.
|
The
Boulders are then broken into pieces suitable for crushing
called Lumps.
|
Lumps
are than crushed in Crushers to make different sizes of
Iron Ores which is called CLO (Calibrated Lump Ore) . Conveyor
belts attached to crusher which carry the ore through sieves
thus segregating CLO of different sizes and Fines.

The
major buyers of Iron Ore at present are China, Japan and
Korea. |
Shipment

The
material i.e. Iron Ore Fines is in process of discharging
from the ship at the destination port of Rizhao in China.

The
material is being stored at the stockyard at the discharge
port in China. |
