She has, to her credit, numerous clinical publications on yoga therapy and more than 80 research papers on medical application of Yoga. Recognised guide for PhD in Yoga and Allied Sciences in Bangalore University. She owns a number of awards like "Vidya Varenya, Woman of Excellence, Dr P S Shankar Vaidya Shre, Patanjali Award, Karnataka Kalpavalli etc.
