Hypertension

FIRST STEP TOWARDS CARDIAC ARREST

(WHETHER YOU CONTROL IT WITH MEDICINE OR NOT)

ARTERIAL SCLEROSIS DISSOLVED TO SOLVE IT SCIENTIFICALLY. THE FATAL WAY TO SOLVE IS TO SUPPRESS HEART TO INVITE ANGINA, ISCHAEMIA, PARKINSON'S ALZHYMER'S DISEASES

In the circulatory system of our body a network of arteries and vanes are distributed throughout the body and the heart plays the vital role of imparting the driving force on the blood to flow through the arteries to the millions of cells and tissues to nourish them and return back to it through vanes. Through this circulatory system, as the blood flows, flow all other necessary ingredients that may be necessary for life sustaining activity as glucose, oxygen, hormones, medicines etc. etc. and also various product of metabolism which require to be excreted by kidney through urine. Thus practically the total transportation activity within the body is carried out along with blood through these arteries and Vanes. So these actually act as the highways and roads in our body system. Through this transportation system so vital activity is carried out that we keep ourselves ready to react with Nature indicating primary signs that we arc alive. Such is the importance of circulatory system and of arteries as its part.

Since the childhood when the body grows up to its full form in youth all the nutrients and related matter and substances are carried to the cells by blood and as at this period along with normal physiological requirement an additional requirement is demanded the heart causes the extra blood to flow through the arteries by more number of beats per minute and as the bodily groVv1h comes to a point of stabilization the requirement remains only for regular maintenance of the body systems and the pulse beat comes down, and of course sometimes some extra blood may be necessary to meet extra physical exertion with added heart beats.

As the time passes and aging of cells occur they tend to loose their normal functional properties like elasticity and develops fibrosis etc. The same thing happens to the arteries also making it less elastic Of harder and stiff due to sclerosis and fibrosis. As the flow of blood through arteries is synchronous with the rhythm of the heart, such flow of blood within arteries moves intermittently in the form of waves, and every time the impulse or surge of" blood from the heart is taken on to the inner walls of arteries. The elasticity of the arteries, specially that of aorta and the aortic arch acts as the shock absorber to dampen the peak surge pressure of blood released by the heart into it, so that such high pressure is not transmitted into the thinner arteries to damage arterial walls prematurely.

But damage, to some extent, of arterial walls is a normal phenomenon related to hardening and increased internal deposits with aging. Every time the heart pumps blood into it the increased pressure, called Systolic Pressure, expands the arteries and as the blood pushes ahead in waves the internal pressure comes down a minimum level, in between two systoles, called Diastolic Pressure, the arteries shrink back to its normal caliber. Thus the expansion and contraction of arteries is a relentless affair synchronized with the heart. As with the aging and sclerosis the arteries harden more amount of force or pressure is required to forcibly expand it to push the out coming blood of the heart into it. This is why systolic pressure increases leading into a state of Hypertension. The arteries are having an inner lining called endothelium, which is in actual contact of blood. As the endothelium is also subject to expansion and contraction along with the age hardened arterial wall and repeatedly forced to expand it tends to develop cracks on its walls and lining of endothelium. With such development of cracks when the arteries to take up waves of blood have to expand again, blood corpuscles and also cholesterol enters into those cracks of the arterial walls below the endothelium. As they remain stagnant between the arterial wall and the endothelium they gradually form deposits there layer by layer and the endothelium swells up. With the passage of time the deposit increases and such swellings, called plaques, goes on increasing, gradually reducing the flow area of blood through the arteries. Such reduced cross section of arteries imparts more obstruction to free flow of blood requiring more and more pressure to maintain the flow of same quantity of blood that the body demands for its normal functioning. Thus a situation requiring higher and higher blood pressure is created as a normal consequence of aging. But such higher blood pressure creates great inconvenience to other organs specially brain and the body in general.

Such is the tricky situation that the inconvenience of increase of blood pressure can be solved in two ways, either by cleaning the arteries- dissolving / removing the plaques, sclerosis and fibrosis and the other way by suppressing the heart by medicine to disable it partially so that the heart cannot develop that pressure.

Though scientific and logical is the first option but it has not been possible to do so with medicine and the easier second option has been compelled to be chosen, wherein various cardiac suppressive drugs are continuously applied till the life time of the individual or till the heart can be infested with some permanent partial disability in combination with natural aging bringing in disability in an other way.

With the implementation of this unavoidable clouding on heart, the blood pressure comes down and along with that the total quantity of blood that the brain and the body demand is throttled to flow through the partially blocked arteries. Now the whole body in general is under ischaemia. Not only that the flow of blood in Brain and Heart itself is cut down but along with other organs, general muscular system also comes under ischaemia or partial starvation of blood - of oxygen and glucose etc., pulling down the physical strength and stamina.

It may also be noted that the cardiac arteries originate very close to the Heart and is at the root of the aortic arch. Thus the impact of surge of blood from the Hemi itself is more severe on the cardiac arteries compared to other arteries which at least are at a greater distance than the coronary arteries getting at least the shock absorbing and damping effects of aortic arch. This is one of the predominant causes of early damage of cardiac arteries to develop plaques and consequent blockages.

Thus in a hypertensive state, when ischaemic state already develops in course of time or aging the cardiac arteries are most affected and further application of cardiac suppressive drugs cause a greater degree of ischaemia of Heart itself and thus is the most affected organ in the body, next being the brain, the maximum user of blood compared to its weight and size. With such a heavy reduction of blood through cardiac arteries a sense of heaviness or pressure is felt on the chest which in its course of further reduction of blood develops into angina or chest pain is felt whenever there is body exertion leading to demand of additional blood. Under this gradually increasing constriction of the coronary arteries of the heart, to keep it running, at times, some vasodilatory medicines are employed as short relief on obstructed flow of blood but ultimately can do little to prevent cardiac arrest. On the other side a reduced flow of blood in brain causes cerebral ischaemia. It may be noted that the Brain is at the topmost height of the body and the heart is to lift blood to the brain against gravity and if the heart is disabled the onset of ischaemia of Brain is quite quick The more and more it is the brain cells weaken, get defunct, degenerated, shrinks or subject to premature death leading to Parkinson's disease, Alzhymer's Disease, cerebral atrophy, palsy, hemiplegia etc.

Thus the easier second option to control Hypertension ultimately proves to be fatal leading to Cardiac Arrest and permanent nervous disability in the later stages of life.

Such an untoward consequence could be avoided and life could be normal and more active if the first option to control Hypertension could be implemented. This is where allopathic system has failed and Alternative Medicine or Homoeopathy is successful in a very convincing manner, cleaning and dissolving the arterial plaques and sclerosis. Fibrosis is also dissolved to restore elasticity of arteries. Thus could be achieved by activating and boosting the body's own scavenging system which normally gets weakened with aging and artery walls replenished with fresh healthy cells and tissues.

Hypertension chapter is over, there is free flow of blood into cardiac arteries and brain and also through the total body system. No Angina, no Ischaemia, no Parkinson's Disease, no Alzhymer's Disease, no ------, no ------ .

Live long, live healthy, live active, live with pleasure, live in Nature.
