Training – Seeked complete training from her Guru Smt. Kanan Sen. At present, seeking advanced training from Guru Pt. Birju Maharaj.

  • Performed in the 2nd Asia Arts Festival (Beijing), Sanghai, Guangzhou in China, Myanmar and Malaysia (1999 – 2000) in the group choreography of Pt. Birju Maharaj organized by I.C.C.R., New Delhi.
  • World Music Theater Festival – Holland (2002).
  • United Kingdom (2005, 2007).
  • Sponsored by ICCR for the International Thailand Festival (2007) at Bangkok.
  • India Festival in Zuric,Switzerland (2008).
  • Performed at festivals in Frankfurt, Budapest, Poland, Amsterdam, Spain in 2008 through ICCR.

  • She has presented Solo recitals at the “New – Talent” festival organized by WB Sangeet Academy , “Kathak Utsav” organized by Kathak Kendra, New Delhi , Pratibha Utsav (EZCC, Kolkata),  Gunjadvenu Kathak Festival (Sangeet Academy, Aurangabad) , Nehru Centre (London), Lowry Theatre (Manchester), India International Centre (New Delhi), India Habitat Centre (New Delhi), Prayag Conference (Allahabad) Rashtriya Kathak Sansthan (Lucknow), Sangeet Natak Akademy Festival in Simla, Uday Shankar Nrityotsav (Kolkata), Janmasthami Utsav (Vrindavan), Gauhati (Assam), lecture - performances at schools and colleges in Delhi, Orissa, Raipur, Bhiwani under the banner of IRCEN.
  • Performed in “Kalka – Bindadin” festival (Delhi) , Uday Shankar Nrityotsav” (Calcutta), in Guru Kanan Sen’s choreography.
  • Under the group compositions of Pt. Birju Maharaj she has performed at Vasantotsava Festival (Delhi), Surtaal Theatre (Delhi), Purana Quila Festival (Delhi), Embassy of Netherlands (Delhi). Major festivals at Lucknow, Jaipur, Allahabad, Patiala, Ujjain, Indore, Gwalior, Bhopal, Kanark Festival (Orissa), Guwahati, Digboi, Dibrugarh (Assam), Ahmedabad, Bombay, Pune, Nizam palace (Hyderabad), Andhra Pradesh Festivals, Bangalore, Hampi Utsav, Patna, Rajgir Mahotsav, ISKCON show at Vrindavan etc.
 

Special Performances

In two Hindi Films “GADAR” and “DEVDAS” (Director – Sanjay Leela Bansali) under the choreography of Guru Pt. Birju Maharaj.

Performed at the Rashtrapati Bhawan in the presence of the President of India, A. P. J. Abdul Kalam. Performed at the U.N.O. Summit at Old Fort, SAARC Festival at Siri Fort and Prime Minister Monmohon Singh's Banquet at the Taj, Delhi, on SAARC Summit.

Pallabi is now teaching at KALASHRAM (Pt. Birju Maharaj's Institute). She has also tutored at the workshop organised by KADAM & MILAPFEST in U.K. and also tutored workshops at Kota, Delhi organised by SPICMACAY.
