MUFFLE FURNACE : Max temp, range upto 1050°C.
Pyrometer range 1200°C and working temp. 1000°C. Suitable for laboratory uses, such as heat treatment, hardening and tempering, ceramic firing, Drying precipitates, Ash Detemination etc.  The Furnace is made of high Sillimanite Muffle and Sillimanite Bricks. The outer body is made of heavy guage mild steel sheet, finished in heat proof and rust proof attractive silver ash hammertone spray painting. Swing type hinged door with lided peep hole fitted at the front side of the furnace helps the operator to open or close the door without effort and difficulty. Kanthal A-1 heating elements are spread evenly in hair pin type ensuring rapid and uniform rise temperature. Temperature is controlled by Energy regulator by energy regulator in conjunction with heavy duty type relay with a sensitivity of plus minus 10°C. Complete with pyrometer fitted with chromel/Alumel Thermocouple and suitable compensating cable. Fuse and damper asemble, electrical control paned box consisting of indicating neon lamps for main and controlcircuits, relay energy regularor, Thermal Fuse for excess temp, protection, main cord and plug top for direct connection to laboratory mains, Electrically operated on 220/ 230 volts. AC single phase 50 cycles, mains.

This oven is tripple wall in construction. Inner chamber is made of stainless steet and middle and outer jackets made of mild steel sheet, finished in moisture proof and heat resisting attactive silver ash hammertone spray painting. The space in between the walls are adequately insulated with best quality fibre glass wool to prevent least heat loss during operations. A double walled Door re-inforced and insulated with glass wool throughout is proved and hung on heavy Hings and closed by Roller Boll Catches brightly chromium plated.
Thermometer Tubulature (without Thermometer) and air ventilators are provided. A convenient Fan Blower with electric Motor fitted at the outer jacket is also provided for efficient and uniform circulation of hot air inside the working chamber.
A grade heating elements of high temperature suported on Refractory Bases on asbestos sheet are fitted at the bottom andtwo side of the working chamber.
Temperature range from 5°c above room temperature to 300°c which is controlled by E. G. O. Thermostat with an accuracy of 10c. Adjustable and removable wire mesh shelves are also provided. Supplied complete with an integral electrical control panel consisting of indicating neon lamps for indication of mains and control circuits, blower siwtch, 3 heat rotary switch working at low, medium and high temperatures, 2 metre long 3 core flexible main cord with a 3 pin plug top for direct connection to laboratory mains. Electrically operated on 220/230 volts, single phase, 50 cycles, AC mains.
