GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
	We accept engagement for minimum period of l(One) year extendable to further period after mutual discussion.   Monthly bills will be paid within 7(Seven) days after submission of our bill every month i.e. before wages payment of security personnel for the preceding month by Cash or Account Payee Demand Draft/Account Payee Cheque drawn in favour of M/s. EAST INDIA SECURITY SERVICE on a Public Sector Bank in Kolkata.   We should not be held responsible for any financial transaction such as cash advance etc. to our staff without our prior consent.   Bills should not be paid in part for any reason whatsoever without our consent.   We are responsible to provide normal implements required to perform duty by the Security and Other Personnel, but if Client wants Security and Other Personnel to perform security and Other duty if special implements like Tell-Tale Clock and Torch / Cell and or any other gadgets, the same to be provided by the Client.   Our representative will visit your site for periodic inspection and consult with you regarding betterment of security arrangements, if required.   In case of any un-toward incidents like theft, arson, loot, unauthorized entry etc. Departmental action / reporting to Police authorities for Police action, as the case may be shall be initiated. Police action, if any, shall be binding on both the parties.   Clients are requested not to offer employment to our employee even after they resign from our service. This embargo should apply to persons till the expiry of one year from the date of such resignation.   Our representative shall remain in touch with you for appropriate instructions to be communicated to the security personnel, under deployment at your site.   Pay Scale should be revised yearly.   We may change our personnel periodically for obvious reason.   The contract, however, can be terminated by issuing 45 days Notice by either side.
