Construction:
The construction of the Incinerator is a grooved refractory Tiles for
surrounded high heat duty insulation Bricks and Ceramic fibre Blanket
insulation to minimise heat loss. Which are placed inside a heavy duty
metallic casing.
Door
type: The Incinerator door will be counter balance / hinged
type with heavily insulated driven by manually operated.
Heating
Element: “Kanthal Al” alloy resistance wire in coil form
(Hairpin type)
Steel
Muffle: Heat resistance steel Muffle will be provided inside
the Incinerator.
Charge
Trolley & Ash Tray: Heat resistance charge Trolley and
Ash Tray will be incorporated with the incinerator |
Control
Panel: The cubical control panel board consisting of Main Isolator,
Fuse link with Carrier, Volt & Ampere Meters, Pilot lamps, Control Fuses,
Current Transformer, Air Break Magenitic Contractor, Load ON / OFF Switch, motor
start-stop switchgear etc.
Temperature
Control: Digital Disply automatic electronic Temperature
Indicator-cum-controller.
Alarm
System: One electronic digital display automatic indicating timer
will be provided. After burning of MASS the alarm will be automatically.
