 Secondary
Chamber: The Secondary Chamber is mainly incorporated with the system
for re-burning of emission. The chamber gas residence time shall be at least one
second at 10500C ±500C.
Dilution:
A fresh air incorporated with the system for dilute of flue gases through a
powerful blower.
Gravity
Settling Chamber: The gravity settling chamber is dust and solid
collection equipment. Consisting of a chamber in which the gas velocity is
reduced to enable dust & solid to settle out by the action of gravity. It is
specially design a cylindrical or conical chamber.
Wet
Scrubber: The wet scrubber unit is specially designed to remove the
dispersoide from gases. In the conventional air washers the gas is passed
through banks of sprays which may be directed down word, upward, into the gas
stream, or with the gas stream. Consisting of the banks nozzles and water
circulation pump. A set of zigzag eliminator is provided.
Dry
Scrubber: The dry scrubber is designed for absorption of foul odor.
When gases or air are moved through the system, the gases or air will be
purified.
Ducting
& I. D. Fan: The Ducting arrangements for flue gases complete
with require dampers assembly and I.D. Fan will be provided.
Chimney:
One heavy-duty chimney having 30-meter height from ground level to be
incorporated along with the system completed with sampling port, platform &
ladder, lighting arrester.
