| CLUB SERVICE |
Attendance
- To take care of overall improvement of attendance by constant follow up over telephone
calls and by arranging good programs throughout the year.
Classification.
- Survey has to be completed by 30th August, 2011 in order to induct new members in the unfilled classification.
Membership Development
- To achieve a net growth of 30 percent.
Fellowship
- To organize at least four fellowships meets involving the families of club members.
- To send flower bouquets to members on their wedding day.
- To send greeting cards on the Birth Day of Rotarians, their Annes and Children of the Rotarians.
- To invite Rotarians, their Annes and Rotaractors in all the Club Projects.
Programmes
- Arrangement of at least one speaker in a month in the regular weekly meetings of club.
Inter Club Relation
- To visit Rotary clubs in the District & in other Districts.
- To organize joint meeting with other clubs.
- To participate in other Rotary Club Projects wherever possible.
Public Relation
- To distribute Roatarian Magazine in the local library/Doctors Chjambers.
- To invite distinguished citizens in the Club Programmers and Projects.
Rotary International
- To include in every regular weekly meeting a talk on Rotary information for at least five minutes.
RUNNNER
- Bulletin to be printed regularly and sent to all the members and neighboring Clubs, Dist. Secretariat,
Partners in Service
- To involve the RCC and Rotarators in all the Club Projects.
Constitution / Bye-laws Affairs
- To update the Bye Laws as and when required.

| COMMNUTIY SERVICE |
1. Concern for Physically & Metally Challenged :
- To provide equipments like artificial limbs, wheel chairs, Brail slates, hearing aids, etc to needy people.
- Provide support related to health & Hygine.
- Provide support through distribution of text books.
- Organise sports & cultural programmes and carrier guidance to motivate them to become self sufficient and better abled persons in the society.
- Celebrate 8th December as the World disabled day by recognizing them for their performance.
Most of these projects are proposed to be carried out with the help of Behala Naboprayas a school for physically handicapped and The Society for visually handicapped.
2. Eye Care and Avoidable Blindness :
- Organise minimum 10 Eye check up and screening camps in various districts of West Bengal.
- Get selected patients operated for cataract.
This is being done with the help of Susrut Eye Foundation under matching grant project.
3. Blood Donation & Awareness :
- Collect 1200 bottles of blood through 8 blood donation camps.
- Organise awareness and group detection camps.
4. Water Sanitation :
- Create awareness for cost effective methods to provide clean & safe drinking water.
- Rain Water harvesting.
- Provide a toilet in our Rota School at RCC Khandalia.
5. Literacy :
- To promote basic education to the community.
- Observe Literacy month & distribute 300 education kits to school children.
- Continue our Rota school & computer training centre at RCC Khandalia.
- Continue our matching grant project "Teaching English Through Computer" at Rotary Computer Centre, 14BGaliff Street, Kolkata 700003.
6. Children at Risk :
- Building shelter at Rajpur for children and destitute woman of the society in association with
Mahila Seva Samity.
7. Mothers Child Care:
- To organize awareness programme & Health check up camps alongwith baby show in rural
areas.
8. Environment & Ecology :
- To plant saplings & fruit trees in urban and rural areas such as parks, and school play
grounds.
9. Care for senior citizen :
- Organise Puja Parikrama during durga puja in Kolkata for the inmates of an old age home.
10. Polio :
- Awareness camps and distribution of food packets among health workers in booths of KMC
Ward No67 inall SNID & NID.
11. Heart Project :
- Child cardiac surgery for 2 children below 12 years subject to availability of sponsorship or
fund.
12. Special Community Project :
- Text book distribution among 250 needy and meritorious students.
- 200 new clothes children of the needy segment.
- 300 blanket distribution for old and needy people.

RYLA
- To participate and organize RYLA camps jointly with other clubs.
Youth Activity/ Development
- To organize swimming Competition/ Games & Sports etc. through Kumartolli Baghdevi Tarun
Sangha & RCC to identify young talents from the under privileged students and support them for further education.
Career Guidance
- To organize seminars, workshops, camps etc. at different places to counsel the youngsters.
- To keep in touch with Education Institutions/ Rotaract / Interact to impart
Education/ Training and Career information to the youth.

- To determine local needs which qualify for WCS.
- To try for obtaining matching grants for vocational training.

Vocational work
- To organize training programmes for the young and unemployed through the work programme / carrier guidance.

- To display 4 way Test Banners / Boards to at least ten important places of our territory.
