Test House (NTH), established in 1912, is a premier scientific
institution in the country with six branches located at Kolkata
( Salt Lake & Alipore), Chennai, Mumbai, Ghaziabad, Jaipur
and Guwahati.
NTH is presently functioning under the administrative control
of the Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer
Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Government of India.
NTH performs high quality Testing, Evaluation of materials
in almost all branches of Engineering & Calibration in
order to help its customers maintaining quality control &
quality assurance of their products that lead to growth of
meaningful competitiveness in global trade operations through
enhanced acceptability of Indian products in the international
