Demand of 'Steel Cord Reinforced Rubber Conveyer Belt' is growing day by day over & above to the conventional fabric Conveyer Belt as because steel Conveyer Belt is having high life span with low maintenance cost.
But in our country there are no know-how to put up 'Steel Cord Reinforced Rubber Conveyer Bolt' manufacturing line.

We have developed & manufactured it totally indigenously and installed a successful line in the premises of M/S NRC, Amritsar, Punjab, who are the manufacturer of Fabric Rubber Conveyer Belt since 1989.
Following are the sequential machine line installed.

  1. Machine of Cord Batch Up in creels.
  2. Creel Stand.
  3. Clutch Unit with motorized winding
  4. Cord Routing ( at horizontal plane) Unit.
  5. Cord Clamping Machine.
  6. Cord Tensioning Machine.
  7. Compactor Lorry
  8. Curing Press
  9. Pull Roll Unit
  10. Finished Product to Winding Machine after obtaining suitable sample pieces by Hydraulic Shearing Machine.
 
Note : Above all machineries are synchronized with PLC Control Panel. Line.
