MANUFACTURING PROCESS :
We are one of the leading foundries, in India, for the manufacture of GREY IRON CASTINGS. We are in this field for the last 25 years, and we are proud to say that we are well known for our quality, consistency in deliveries, etc.
We have facilities, in our foundry, to produce castings up to 8000 kgs. Per piece in Floor Moulding and in Machine Moulding, we can produce castings of average weight being 15 kgs per piece.

MELTING FACILITIES : We have 2 CUPOLA FURNACES of 4 Ton each capacities. This furnaces are used in the manufacture of High Quality Iron and Low Alloy Iron castings.

MOULDING & CORE MAKING : We have Mechanised Green Sand Preparation System and we possess one pair of Jolt Squeeze Moulding Machines.

FETTLING : We have a number of Swing Grinders, Flexible Shaft Grinders, Bench Grinders etc. to finish the castings.

QUALITY CONTROL : We have a very good Laboratory, where we carry out all wet analysis of metal.
At present, we are subcontracting our castings for Radiographic testing and shot-blasting to finish the castings.

HANDLING: We have the required equipments like Fork Lifts, Cranes etc. for handling sand, scrap, metal and castings.

PATTERN SHOP: We have a Pattern Shop with general tools more for the maintenance of patterns and we are own making of patterns. We also posses one Surface Plate of a bigger size to check up the patterns and the castings.

MACHINE SHOP: We have a modern Machine Shop with general purpose machine tools for machining the castings as per customer's Spec, and for maintenance purposes.
