Mr. S. K. Shroff was a promoter of the family business for Custom House Agents for over 3 decades. During the year 1997 he started his own company for his father's name "RAMSON" which started as a proprietorship firm named Ramson & Co.. Subsequently Ramson & co. has been converted into Ramson Shipping Agency (P) Ltd. Mr. Chetan Shroff, Director of the company has also joined in the family business one of the youngest holding rule "9" license.
Ramson Shipping Agency (P) Ltd. handling various projects such as complete rolling mill of around 900 metric tonnes (single mill). This company had also handled various projects and machine for Hindalco Ltd., TIL Ltd., Mansakia Ltd., Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., Tata Sky Ltd. etc. The company has handled various raw materials , consumables and spares. Through the branch office at Mumbai Ramson & Co. handled projects raw materials as well as aircrafts.
