License is issued on Daily basis commencing from 8am to next day 6am and the same timings are applicable for the consecutive days also.

The licensees should leave the building/fittings etc. which are already there in the building as is and where, is while leaving and the same should be notified to caretaker prior leaving the building.

Any damage cause to building/fittings etc, will be charged from the licensee concerned.

Alcoholic drinks, gambling and any other illegal acts are strictly prohibited within the premises of the building.

No alteration/cancellation /extension of the license period will be entertained.

It will be tried to supply water 24 hours but management will not be responsible for any obstruction situation beyond our control.

Use of I Hamam Dasta for grinding spices is strictly prohibited on the roof.

No mice or orcestra allowed only light music or shanai.

All cooking to be done on gas and no wood and coal allowed.

Outside floweriest, decorator & electrician are not allowed in the building.

Management will not be responsible for any loss or theft of licensee’s personal belongings.

License fee includes all the installed electrical fittings, cleaning. Conservancy, water Pumps, Wooden Elmira, Locker, etc

Kitchen space for ground floor will be provided in the back yard.

Kitchen space for first floor will be provided on roof.

If Ground floor is taken separately the main entrance wont be provided if 1st Floor Roof is booked.

In case of any dispute the court in Kolkata only will have jurisdiction
