has expanded its client base nationally as well as internationally,
particularly in the Far-East and South-East Asian countries.
This is due to the principles of innovative production strategies
and maintenance of adequate and efficient quality control
system evolved and maintained by us. In the marketing front,
early thrust is given is so that that the company remain market-driven
and does not get bogged down by the process of production
and delivery. Production planning schedule is maintained strictly
to ensure quality of product and adherence to delivery schedule.
The Site Construction Management
of PREPEC engaged in
setting up project at site is adequately geared up the time
to overcome all odds to the maximum. The selection of personnel
in this division is done under strict norms.
In Company Management area, the company has
divisionalisation of Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Engineering
Services and Productions in order to have an effective blend
of existing resource and prevailing opportunity.
Another key management strategy of the
company is its backward integration with the horizontal units.
Strict norms are maintained while selecting the contractors
or suppliers.
 In
the areas of Human Resource Management, recruitment is done
through contact disciplines as well as through advertisements
and interviews. Technicians, skilled and semi-skilled job
hands are recruited through intensive tests conducted by the
competent supervisors and senior management. The company’s
motto is to capitalize on its existing human sources not through
subjugation but through cordial relation and development.
Both on-the-job and off-the-job training programs are undertaken
on time-to-time basis by independent agencies. In addition,
the company has decided to undertake these programs independently,
particularly the Industrial Relations and Human Resource Development,
exclusively in its own style.
As per the long term
strategy, PREPEC is
going global of its own. Earlier it had exported indirectly
in the South-East Asian Countries like Indonesia and Malaysia
through its clients. But now regular orders are being executed
directly. Considerable interest is being shown by the Middle
East and South-East Asian Countries for its products.
Above all, a close interaction
on product performance and feedback is maintained for higher
efficiencies at the customer’s end. These are reflected
through Company’s faster processing time and lower yield
losses. The company wishes to create a Niche Market for itself
in every country round the globe and dominate these markets
