NATURE OF BUSINESS

Manufacturing & supply of Engineering (Mechalical/Metallurgical) items/jobs :-Castings(C.I., C.S., S.S., G.M., Aluminums) Weighing each up to 1500 kg. In case of C.I.; 500 kg. In case of C.S., 250 kg. In case of S.S. & Non Ferrous Castings. Machining/ Finishing as per drawing/ specification, Forging/ Machining/ Finishing/ Heat-treatment of High Tensile Bolts & Nuts.

FACILITIES AVAILABLE

We have a Machine Shop equipped with :-

Lathe (6' & 12') 3 nos. / Capstan (21/4") 1 no. / Shaping (24") 1 no. / Planning (16') 1 no. And Driller, Grinder, etc.
Besides, we have arrangements with our associates for other operations, such as, Hobbing, Milling, Operation in Chuck Lathe, Forging, Heat Treatment, Balancing, Fabrication etc., and with two Foundries under contract system for C.I., C.S., S.S., Gun Metal, Alluminium castings under our direct supervision.

Since we are based at Howrah Industrial Area for a pretty long 30 years having theoretical as well as practical background, we can get done all sorts of operations available near at hands.

EMPLOYMENT

Supervision - All the Partners are whole -Timer and supervision done by them besides regular participation of the Advisor/Consultant named before in day to day manufacturing activities.

Skilled Workmen - 5 persons in Machine Shop and 10 in Foundry under contract labour system as prevailing in the area.

Office Staff- One Sr. Assistant & 2 Jr.
