| TERMS
OF DEALERSHIP ELIGIBILITY |

1) FINANCIAL |
a) PROSPECTIVE
DEALERSHIP ENLISTMENT CHARGE
Rs.25000/- to be deposited
for spot booking (If the spot is not considered suitable
by the co, the booking money will be refunded with out
interest thereof).

b) ON FINALI
SATION OF DEALERSHIP
After getting the DRUG
LICENSE Rs. 1,50,000/- will have to deposit by the intending
dealer to the Co. within seven days for fmalization
of Dealership Agreement shall be executed on realization
of payments of the intending dealer.

| c)
Dealer will get a medicine package
of Rs.1,00,000/- out of Rs.1,50,000 where Rs. 50,000/-
will be kept as interest free security deposit with the
Co. |

2) AREA
The prospective dealer
should mention the area he/she prefers to work with
a location sketch plan and details of the space, mentioning
area, available facilities like Electricity, Telephone,
water and Co.'s Glow sign fixing space. |

3) INFRASTRACTURE
The prospective dealer must have a shop
of 200 sq.Ft. (Minimum) on a proper location where 160
sq.ft. shall be kept for dispensing and doctors chamber
and rest 50 sq.ft. from counters. |

4) DRUG LICENCE
The prospective dealer
must have a drug license or shall arrange the drug license
before granting of dealership along with Valid Trade
License issued by the local Authority. |

5) GENERAL
TERMS
The prospective
dealer must enter into an Dealership Agreement with
the company for at least two years contract.

6) COMMISSION
35% on D.P. ( Potency, Mother Tincture,
Bio-Tab, and Patent) |
