We have some specific rules of our school, these are -
LIBRARY RULES:
i) Book will be issued once a week.

ii) When taking a book if any defect is notified it should be brought to the notice of the teacher.

iii) Students should not borrow school library books from another.

iv) Books lost or damaged must be replaced by the borrower.

v) Students are not allowed to keep any book borrowed from the library longer than one week without permission.

vi) Books borrowed from the library must be returned to the librarian. They must not be circulated, a student who circulates books borrowed from the library may be fined as well.

vii) Fines will be imposed for damages done to books and articles in the library.

viii) No books may be retained during the vacation.
SCHOOL FEES:
The school fees cover twelve calendar months and may be paid in monthly instalements or in advance. No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods. Students are liable to be charged full fees as long as their names are officially on the rolls, fees once paid are not refunded.

* Fees should be paid by the 10th of the each month in cash. Failling which are late fee of Rs.10/- will be levied upto the end of the month, thereafter Rs.10/- per month cumulatively.

** Pupils whose fees are long overdue may be barred from sitting for an examination and are liable to have their name struck off the rolls.

*** Fees for the holiday month must be paid in advance before the school closes. All dues must be paid before the school year ends.

**** The School reserves the right to increase the fees at any time of the year if an increment is consider necessary.
ASSESSMENT & PROMOTION :
Promotion at the end of the year will be based on a total periodic assessment, with a minimum of 40% in every subject.

There will be no supplementary test for students who are absent for any test.

For failed candidates there is no arrangement for "Re-examination" or "Promotion on trial".

The results of the final assessment are final and cannot be changed. Detection and use of unfair means during Examination will merit the cancellation of particular paper and the student concerned will be awarded a zero. If such misconduct is repeated he/she will not be allowed to appear in the subsequent papers during the entire examination. In all questions of promotion or failure the decision of the school authorities is final.
