bib suits, and other professional apparels. We also manufacture
Polyester/Cotton dresses.
Fabric
used : Twill, Drill, Poplin and Denim
in wide colour range. Our main strength is our team comprising
of qualified designers, skilled craftsman and quality control

Production
strength : We have standard machineries
compatible to
international standards to meet the requirements of any international
specifications and designs. A summary of our facilities are

Production
capacity : 1000 pcs apparels a day.
Cutting
facilities : We have manual spreading machines with positive
feed, zig zag spreading with alignment facilities and necessary
cutter kits and accessories. Including steel frame table in
modula and wood tops. Continuous band fabric cutting machines equipped
with four wheels.
Stitching
Machines : 60 machines covering the following range :-
Pfaff machines with needle positioner and thread trimmer, Pfuff
Twin needle, Lock stitch flat machines, Pfaff Two thread chain
stitch machines, Brother five thread lock stitch, Pfaff ultra
high speed machine, Singer Eyelet and button holing machines,
Bar tacking machines, Single needle flat bed (Singer,
Mitsubishi).
Freedom Arm, Waist Band Machine, Loop Machine, etc.
Other Machineries and Equipments :
Pocket pattern equipments, Cuff pattern equipment, Fusing press,
Formatic folding machine etc.
Washing
: Facilities include washing machines (stainless steel)
60 kgs capacities, drying machines.
Modern
Steam Pressing Facilities.
Service:
We also execute urgent shipments for small quantities by Air
upon receipt of confirmed order and L/C in short notice.
