Body fat which cannot be removed
by diet - control and Gym is removed by Liposuction.
By suction machine and cannula, fat upto 10% of body weight (10 - 12 lits in normal Liposuction ) can be removed
within short-period of time (2-4 Hours) and patient is discharged
on same day or next day.
 Liposuction
is a method of removal of excess body fat from localised
areas like chin, breast, arm, abdomen, stomach area,
thigh, buttock, calf & ankle etc..
This is commonly done by Tumusent Technique, i.e.
normal saline is injected over localised areas before
suction which breaks fat gobules, then fat is sucked out
with powerful suction machine.
Body fat which can not be reduced by diet &
exercise is amneble to suction. After the procedure
pressure garment is given for 2 weeks.
This is done under general anaesthesia and upto
10 - 12 lits. can be removed at a time. Small or single
areas can be done under local anaesthesia. Patient
is discharged on the same day of the surgery.
Body lines & excess fat deposits in localised
areas can be sculptured which gives cosmetically
pleasing appearance. Suction of inner part of thighs
increases sexappeals & easy access to vagina. |
