Male : Size of Penis is enlarged.
Female : Hymen is made tightened and labia is given younger look.
It is of two types.
1) Sex Change Surgery
2) Cosmetic correction of size & shape of male & female genitalia.
Change of sex from female to male, involes excision of breast, uterus & ovary. Recostruction of penis by free radial fore arm flap, which is microvascular reconstruction of penis.
Change from male to female, involves reconstruction of vagina from penial skin, breast prosthesis, laser hair removal etc.
Size of penis can be increased by fat injection, in penis, collected by liposuction. This is a repitative procedure.
Shape of female genitalia is changed by cosmetic correction & fat injection. Hymen can be made tightened.
