About Sayantan                   

Sayantan is a Professional Stage Performing Cultural group since 1995, performing RABINDRA SANGEET, MODERN SONGS, FOLK SONGS, BENGALI FILM SONGS (SOLO & DUET) RABINDRA DANCE DRAMA, FOLK DANCE DRAMA, CREATIVE DANCE ON MODERN & PATRIOTIC SONGS.

We staged our productions many times at most of the renowned auditoriums in and outside Kolkata with great appreciations. We went to Delhi, Pune, and Mumbai in the Autumn Festival (Durga Puja) with our productions in consecutive year since 2000.

We newly added an experimental creativity on Rabindra Dance Drama in Collage form.
The name of the production is “NABIN RAJA”.

The Production was appreciated by the Controller of Jadavpur University, Sri Prasad Sen, Smt. Bani Thakur, Sri Atanu Sanyal and many Rabindra Critic.

We staged the programme at Tagore Research Institute, Indumati Sabhagriho at Jadavpur University and
Sri Arabinda Bhaban(Shakespear Sarani) with great appreciation. Duration of the production is only 25min.
