The newly designed impellers are manufactured by high precision
accurately curved tools to maintain desired blade angles.
Each and every impeller is dynamically balanced, tested and
packed in the factory through a structured in-process quality
control system
Motor :
The totally enclosed aluminum die cast heavy duty drive motor
with rotor shaft mounted on two permanently lubricated ball
bearings is specifically designed to cater desired fan performance
with minimum power consumption.

Positioning of Fan :
The fans should be positioned so that fresh air drawn inside
will permeate the entire room. Fans should not be installed
in close proximity to doors or windows which are left open.
In such cases, the air movement would be short circuited between
the fans and adjacent inlets and therefore other parts of
the room would remain non-ventilated.
Therefore install the exhaust fan in a window or wall farthest
from the door or other openings. Fresh air will then flow
over the whole area.
In kitchen, the best spot for the exhaust fan will be in the
wall adjacent to, but not directly above the cooking range.
In large occupied spaces, effective ventilation could be achieved
if several small fans are installed rather than one or two
large fans.

VENTILATION REQUIREMENT
Ventilation implies fresh air supply or extraction of air.
The rate of ventilation commonly measured in cubic meter per
hour should be sufficient to meet the following requirements.
Extraction of Air
Supply of Fresh Air
A combination of both of extraction and supply.
For a large room it is recommended to use a number of smaller
fans at different locations rather than one or two large fans
for effective and adequate ventilation.
Mounting
Pasko exhaust fan can be mounted either vertically or horizontally
and is suitable for delivering air either from or towards
the motor.
Roof Extractor
Pasko Exhaust fans are effectively used as Roof Exhausters
as well to dispel air from within a room using suitable and
attractive domes fixed on the roof.
