INTRODUCTION OF INVERT SYRUP

We are pleased to introduce our firm a leading manufacturer of Invert Syrup in Eastern Region of various grades e.g. Pharmaceutical Grades, Biscuit Grade and colour less Grade etcs as required by esteemed customers and complying customers specification or as per the standard specifications.
Eastern Sweeteners have introduced a modern, state of the art technology using catalytic bed reaction system to produce high quality product with stringent quality control measures in a hygienic condition and uses good manufacturing practice commonly applied to pharmaceutical industries.

BENEFITS OF INVERT SYRUP

1. Invert sugar being rich in fructose is a more health friendly product than sucrose (cane sugar) and can be compared with natural honey having similar composition.

2. About 20% more sweet than ordinary sugar.

3. The product is not attacked by yeasts, molds or any other bacteria being a much more denser material than cane sugar. Fermentation dose not occur as there is no yeast cell. This property facilitates storage of the product without any change or deterioration whatsoever.

4. Much higher solubility than ordinary sugar makes it possible to be used in highly concentrated form as high as 80% without any risk or crystallization or separation of solids.
