APEX make pressure accessories provide protection to the pressure gauges from pressure fluctuation , vibration and high temperature . They thus give added advantages of less maintenance , more accurate reading and enhanced life of pressure guage.
Manifold These are used in differential pressure application . Manifold Valve Types : 2 valve / 3 valve / 5 valve Material of Construction : SS 316 / Carbon Steel / Any Other as per requirement Mounting Type : Flanged / Screwed Guage Saver This is intended to protect the pressure guage against the effect of pressure that exceed the maximum pressure rating of the pressure guage. It has a shut off device that operates , once the system pressure exceeds a preset value . The pressure guage remains isolated upto the maximum pressure rating of the guage saver . The device re-opens and sets the pressure guage operative , once the system pressure falls 25% below the preset value .
Pressure Guage Cocks These are used to isolate the pressure guage from the main pressure line . Types : 2 way / 3 way MOC : SS 304 / Brass	Snubber These are used to suppress the effect of pressure pulses and pressure peaks .It is provided with a adjustable needle valve that allows it to restrict the flow as required MOC : SS 304 / Carbon Steel
Syphons This is used to protect the pressure gauges from effect of hot pressure media and also to reduce the effect of rapid pressure surges Types : ‘ Q ‘ / ‘ U ‘ MOC : SS / Carbon Steel Other Accessories like Needle Valves / Ball Valve Etc .
