EPS (Thermocole) Sandwich Panel

What is a Sandwich Panel ?

A sandwich panel is normally a low-density core material sandwiched between two high modulus face skins to produce a lightweight panel with exceptional stiffness. The face skins act like the flanges of an I beam carrying tensile and compressive loads. The core plays the role of the web, separating the face skins and carrying the shear loads.

Core materials provide panel thickness, with associated stiffness, at minimal weight. Stiffer panels require less support structure, simplifying structural design.

Puf Insulating Wall Panels are made with Polyurethane Foam. These Sandwitch Panels have G.I. facing on both sides. One side Profilied other side Plain or both vice-versa having overlapping facility or alternately plain on both sides with Camlock for joining.

All the panels are joined with each other with the help of overlap facility. Gaps are sealed with P.U. Sealant if required.
