General Description:
Outer body is made of heavy gauge mild steel sheet angle and jacketed by Bakelite sheet and control
Panel is made of mild steel sheet.4 nos. of wheeled will be provided for easy tra nsportation on shop
Floor. Induction heater is horizontal type, but the bearings and others objects will be placed vertically
Support. Yoke movement area is made of stainless steel for easy work.

(Model no. MNT-01, 230 volts, 1 phase, 50 Hz, AC, Load: 15A)
2. Yoke size: 80mm x 80mm x 500mm 1 no.
(Model no: MNT-02, 380 volts, 2 phase, 50 Hz, AC, Load : 35A)

Temperature : Controlled by digital indicator cum-temperature controller for model no. MNT-02 in conjunction with CR/AL thermocouple wire with compensating cable.MNT-01 controlled by digital timer and hand held digital thermometer, both is calibrated by ERTL certified. Temperature is 120'C, and there will provision to heat the object up to 150'C max, during heating time bearings and the other objects will heated up gradually , but the others components will remain cool in any season.
