GENERAL DESCRIPTION :
Furnace outer frame work in made of heavy duty angle
iron structure
and jacketed by mild steel sheet with welding &
screw jounts whenever necessary . Working chamber
of the unit will be finished soft type alumina tiles
according to the inner chamber size.
 INNER
CHAMBER : Furnace inner chamber is made
of high alumina refractory bricks 80% make;Maithan
, insulated by ceramics blanket. Both side insulation
of the furnace is 7".

element is non-metallic silicon carbide spring type

Temperature cum-temperature controller (Range 30'C
to 1600'C) inconjunction with pt/pt/rh- 13%

CONSTRUCTION :
The outer body is made of angle structure and jackted
by m.s.sheet , and painted with primer and finished
hammertone spray paint control panel is the bottom
side of the furnace,one peeping hole center of the
door , platinum /platimum/rhodium 13%TC wire will
be fitted back side.
