HIGH TEMPERATURE FURNACE : RANGE 600'c & 930'c & 1000'c & 1200'c , 1400'c , 1500'C & 1600'c & 1700'c Outer body is made of angle structure and jacketed by mild steel sheet, Finish by hammertoe paint, furnace and control box including 2.nos. hole back side of the furnace one for TC and other for ventilation, peeping hole will not provide for dust insert.

INNER CHAMBER :Inner size: Muffle pot: 4"x 4" x 9" & Muffle pot: 5" x 5" x 10" & Muffle pot: 6" x 6' x 12" & Muffle pot: 3" x 3" x 9" Grooved tiles inner chamber for muffle furnace, fitted in hair pin type heating element, this system is mainly used in glass fusing furnace, its very precession for glass fusing furnace ( Optical furnace) ,glass fusing furnace temperature need for the melt of glass to fix the power lance in glass bottom just 600'C to 620'C. 6 to 7 tray required for keep the glass in the glass fusing furnace inner chamber. Firstly need one hot air oven or air oven to remove the moisture from glass bottom and power lance. Hot air oven or air oven temperature required to remove the moisture just 100'C.
