DESCRIPTION OF INDUCTION MACHNIE FOR MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING OF BEARINGS AND GEARS:-

MOUNTING DISMOUNTING OF ROLLER BEARING INNER RACES AND LABYRINTH SEALS FROM WHEEL AXLE JOURNAL OF RAILWAY WHEELL AND TRACTION MOTOR (RAILWAY ENGINE)

DESCRIPTION:The outer body is made of heavy gauge mild steel sheet angle iron and jacketed by heavy-duty mild steel sheets and lowers back and front side will be fitted by Bakelite sheet. This equipment will be workable for quirk dismounting of roller bearing inner races and from axle journal. It is mounted on 4 nos. wheeled trolley for easy transportation on shop floor.

ELECTRICAL :Operated on : Input :400/440 volts, 3 phase , 4 wires , 50 Hz , AC ,unbalance load . Out put: 200volts, 80 to 90 KW. 50Hz.

SIZES OF BEARINGS :Inner races :180mm(ID) x 192mm(OD) & 145mm(ID) x 157mm(OD)

ADVANTAGE:This machine is very simple to operate and only two lay man can be handle it And dismount all the (4 nos) inner races rings at a time including labyrinth seals , not required any water cooling system in the induction coil and also not required any air circulation system in the control panel it's are auto air cooled system.

INDUCTION COIL :Inner races will be heated rapid heated by induction heating Coil , this coil is light in weight and insulated by epoxy resin .One (1) no. induction heating coil will supply in the machine and spares 2 (two) nos. need for mounting of inner races and another for consignee's requirement. Induction coil is different sizes as per consignee require. Induction heating coil for
the heat of inner races and other maximum size: 189mm (ID) x 200mm (L) x 50mm (thickness) . Induction heating coil will be place horizontally support into the journal shaft along with rings front inner races rear and labyrinth seals.

CONTROL PANEL :Controlled by digital timer 99 seconds, and temperature will reach within 40 seconds to 50 seconds , maximum temperature 200'C if require , volt meter , am meter , neon lamp , hooter lamp , hooter , main switch (6A) for circuit .

PROTECTION :1. HRC fuse system 2. Over and under voltage protection 3 Phase fail relay 4. Auto demagnetizing contactor. 5. Parking lamp and hooter will be indicate the completion of every heating cycle, as well as auto demagnetization . Digital timer for auto time off . Digital timer protect the current save for auto power off.

Deviation : Its bater against high frequency and medium frequency and low frequency induction heater our machine is simple to operate just and our machine is multi purpose type you can operate at a time tempering , hardening , annealing , shrunk heat , and no water required because our machine is line frequency it is auto air cooled system , but high frequency & low frequency& medium frequency system all the induction heating equipment required non faros water for cooling of induction heating coil.
