Skaldic gives special attention to stutterers. Stuttering is a disorder of fluency of speaking. Generally having its onset before the age of six. Rarely it begins in elderly persons. If it starts it may be subtype of the disorder for example neurotic stuttering.

Stuttering may be precipited by certain environmental and social problem. All these problems are easily changeable through sincere practice.
