We manufacture & design Tailor-made shuttering & Scaffolding for Bridges, Chimneys, Tunnels, Silos, Aquaducts, Piers, Abutments & Wells for Bridges / Aquaducts as well as Shuttering for any circular / Curved Structure / Tetrapods and other Marine Structures.
We also manufacture Innovative Scaffolding System with Hollow Sq. Tubes.
Use of Rectangular and Hollow Sq. Sections offer many techno-economic advantages over conventional scaffolding structures because of their rotation free horizontal joints resulting in a lower slenderness ratio.
The Hollow Sections behave more efficiently than conventional structures due to their high torsional rigidity and compressive strength and have less loose parts and take much less time to erect.
The system will have a low-weight, high strength properties having better functional advantages than those of conventional systems.

Consists of rigid welded frames of two verticals and horizontals. The frames are interconnected by scissor cross braces in all bays (for top 20 Meters) of scaffolding through pins welded on frames and locked in position by spring clips. Cross braces supplied in sizes to suit frame spacings of 3, 2.5, 2, 1.5 & 1 M. Other sizes supplied on request.
