ELECTRO SERVICE (INDIA)- An SSI unit started its operatin with manufacturing of Transformers and Chokes for various electrical and electronic applications. ESI then diversified in the field of Power Electronics in 1995 and developed various types of Battery Chargers, Float Chargers and AC Power Controllers for wide industrial application. Now it has established its goodwill as a very dependable, quality conscious and customer oriented company. ESI has a number of prestigious installations all over the country and abroad and is heading towards steady growth by virtue of its pursuit for quality.

Factory

Located at Behala Industrial Estate on the main Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata.
Factory is having 3000sq. ft. covered area, 50HP 3Ph power and fully equipped with automatic coil winding machine, vacuum inpregnation plant, temperature regulated baking chambers and complete range of test and measuring instruments.

Quality Assurance

• QAP has been implemented in line with RDSO and ISI guide line.
• The firm is fully equipped with test and measuring instruments for the above program. Measuring instruments are being yearly calibrated at ERTL (East).
• Each and every triggering PCB undergoes 24 hours load run test at 65 deg. C in a burn-in chamber.
• Each and every Battery Charger is routine tested with full load and manufacturer's routine TC is issued to client.
• All the panels are fabricated with 2mm CRCA sheet steel and powder coated as per client's choice of shade after extensive pre-treatment in eight tank process.
