• Rigorous quality control is monitored in all phases of manufacture. This includes chemical, metrological, hardness, ultrasonic, magnaflux inspections and also in-site metallography, if necessary
• On specific demand, smaller-sized rolls are given CRYOGENIC COLD TREATMENT for enchanced service life.

• TTI Brand cutters and chasers are manufactured from imported AISI MI5 High Speed Steel.
• Cutters are available in matching combinations of cutter/helix angles; chasers are available in both 'U' and 'V' forms with demanded TPI's and angles.
• Optimum combination of microstructure, grain-size and hardness are cnsured in heat treatment for durable performance.
• On Specific demand, cutters / chasers are also made from AISI M2 / M35 / M42 and other HSS grades of customers' choice.
• Hardness of TTI -grade cutters / chasers is 65/67 HRC for M15 and other grades of Super high speed steel, 64/66 HRC for M2 and other grades of Conventional high speed steel.

• TTI brand knives are manufactured from cold rolled low-carbon steel strips of desired thickness carburised, refined and hardened to the specified case-depth.
• Very high hardness (63-65 HRC) at frontal zone provides razor sharp cutting edge and toughened rear zone ensures secured grip in the cutting machine for trouble free performance.
• Area of hard zone is maintained wide enough for prolonged service life with repeated sharpenings.

• TTI Brand segments are manufactured from AISI M2 or AISI M35 high speed steel plates as per customers' requirements.
• Hardness is maintained at 62-64 HRC at the cutting zone and 35-40 HRC at the rivetting zone.
• Saw Plates (Discs) are manufactured from spring steel plates heat treated to desired degree of toughness and tensile strength.
• All metrological, mechanical and metallurgical parameters are controlled as per specifications for durable performance.
