Yoga capital of the world. It is also one of the most popular
pilgrim centers and gateway to the Himalayan Shrines of Badrinath,
Kedarnath, Gangotri and Yamunotri, while in Rishikesh during the
course duration visits to Kanjapuri Temple, Vashishtha Gufa, Virbhadra
Temple, Laxman Sidh Temple, Rajaji Forest Pandavguta-, Malakhhoon
Temple are arranged.

3. Early Morning leave for Haridwar by train/road. On arrival
same day transfer directly to Rishikesh - the Yoga capital of

4 - 11. 7-day special Yoga course in Rishikesh.
12. Morning at Leisure for independent activities. Check-out from
hotel , afternoon proceed by surface directly to International
airport at Delhi to connect flight home.
Oct 2005 Trip Itinerary (tentative,

Day 01:
10.14.2005 (Friday), Arrive Delhi – Haridwar (By Train 4
hrs.) Arrive at Delhi by flight early in the morning meet our
escort at the airport and then transfer to hotel for rest. Wake
up at ease, and after breakfast meet our escort for a complete
brief on the program. Transfer to Railway station by 02.00 PM
to take the afternoon train to Haridwar. Arrive at Haridwar in
the evening at 07.30 PM to check in Mohyal ashram. Dinner and
Overnight in Ashram. ( Breakfast Included )
Day 02:
10.15.2005 (Saturday), Haridwar Early morning riser for first
yoga class with our yoga teacher and then start the practice in
the morning session of 2 hrs. After that take the breakfast cooked
inside the Ashram with the special care taken to follow the menu
given by our yoga and meditation experts. |
