The Company is started by the technocrat, Mr. S. P. Sinha,
managing partner of this company.
A Comprehensive quality management system has been established
with poper coordination among the Quality Assurance, Marketing,
Production, Purehase, personeel Department for performance
of respective function related to the acheivement of quality.
The operation of Alloy Casting & Engg. Concern including
all aspect of Q.M.S have been certificed as per the requirement
of ISO-9002, 1994 by DNV and subsequently upgraded to ISO
9001, 2000.S

Alloy
Casting & Engg. Concern is a manufacturer of all types of
Mechanical Components, spares, specially Pump & Pump Spares
for handling of Slurry and eaustic for Alumine Plant and for general
requirment. The company also developed Wear & abrasion resistance
casting is Caring, Cover Plates, Wear Plates and Impiller of Slurry
and Liquer Pumps and has been supplying in duly machined and dynamically
balanced condition as and when application. The capacity of casting
is upt 5 M.T. capacity of Steel and 500 kg. Capacity for non-ferrous
casting.
Regarding
the manufacturing facilities, the company has 5 M.T. capacity
running Cupola furnace, including Sand Mullar Machine for sand
preperation. One head chamber for drying core. Two machine shops
consists of high profile Lethe, Shapping, Milling and Drilling
Machines, Total Covered floor area of Foundry and two machine
shops in 20,000 sq. ft. (approx)

the at most satisfaction to the firms of repute like Bharat Aluminium
Co. Ltd., Bhilai Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel Plant, IISCO, Indian
