Recently I have arranged a space for UTI Bank for their eastern region main branch at 5&7 Shakespeare sarani which included ground as well as first floor. (Previously that space was occupied by the British High Commission/Council) and that property belongs to Mr. Somenath Chatterjee. M.P. Right now negotiating with IDBI Bank and Jammu & Kashmir Bank for their branches, employees' provident fund organisation (Ministry of Labour) and Anandabazar Patrika for Purchased Property of 34,000 sq. ft. (Adjacent Building) already executed.
