is there to hold your hands if you are suffering from breast cancer
or any other affiliated problems. We are there to tell you that
cancer is not the end of the road, nor is it contagious. |

Lotus motif on the cover symbolizes life, serenity, and
inner peace. A cancer survivor epitomises all these and
more, for she is the model from whom other patients draw
courage, hope and faith, |

at national level conferences |
This
is what we do
Our volunteers attend breast cancer clinics to offer support,
information, medicinal help, and psychological counselling.
Volunteers attend other hospitals, nursing homes, and homes
of patients upon request. Volunteers are composed of cancer
survivors, social workers, family members and close friends
of cancer affected person.
- Membership
shall consist of

Survivor Members

- Survivor
Members shall consist of two categories:-

Life Members (Rs. 1000/-)
ii)
Annual Members (Rs. 200/-)
- Regular
volunteer members consist of two categories:-

Life members (Rs. 2000/-)
ii)
Annual Members (Rs. 200/-)
- Associate
Members will only be Annual Members and they do not have
voting right (Rs. 500/-)

We
organise breast cancer awareness programmes at regular
intervals for all sections of the society.

We
hold and participate in seminars and workshops at local,
national, and international levels for our volunteers
to update their knowledge and support skils.

Patients
are shown exercises and the lymphopress machine is used
to manage frozen shoulders and lymphodema.
-
We
try to rehabilitate patients back into society as normal
human beings and help their families in the process.
