- Sitting with clients and Senior Advocates
/ Barristers to prepare strategy of the case. Negotiating
with opposite party lawyers for settlements and subsequently
drawing the terms of settlement to obtain consent decree and
/ or order. Rendering opinions in writing on the point of
law and / or fact, which the client / queries seek. The relevant
law applicable, along with reasons for coming to such conclusions
is always stated
Drafting & Pleading:- Plaints, Written Statements, Writ
Petitions, Company Petitions, Statement of Claim, Rejoinder
(Arbitration), Affidavits, Legal Notices, Agreements, Conveyances,
Memorandum of Appeal, Notes on Arguments.
Submissions & Arguments: - Have independently made submissions
and argued before the Hon’ble High Court, Arbitral Tribunal,
Debts Recovery Tribunal, District Forum (Civil including Consumer
Forum).
