Brief
Background of the Company / Group / Promoters |
|
The
First Group Company of this group named Balaram Hosiery
was formed by Late Mr. Madangopal Basak and Mr. Narayan
Chandra Basak in the year 1946. Balaram Hosiery and its
brand name is a very popular brand of Hosiery for a few
decades and still the company is maintaining its reputation
and market share inspite of stiff competetion created
by the new entrants like big multi-nationals and other
big industrial houses in India.
The Promoters and Directors of N. N. PRINT & PACK
PVT. LTD. Mr. shambhu Nath Basak and Mr. Jagan Nath Basak
are basically 2nd generation businessmen and they have
formed this Company considering market demand in this
industry and with a view to establish a state of the art
printing and packing facility which is not available in
Eastern India.
N. N. PRINT & PACK PVT LTD. is the only company in
Eastern India which has 9 colour Rotogravure Auto Registration
Printing Machine with Digital Drive and Web Video system
given enough scope to a customers for more attractive
multi-colour combination.
The Promoters correctly visioned about the present and
future needs and importance of multi-colour and attractive
packing for every type of products and accordingly formed
the present Company.
The Company was established in the year 1993 and the commercial
production started in the year 1996 and the turnover during
that period was about Rs. 75 lacs only. Since inception
it is a profit making organisation. In the year 2003-05
turnover will be Rs. 700-750 Lacs and the profit is expected
to increase substantially in coming years.

FUTURE PROSPECTS / PLAN |
|
The
Company has a plan to instal most modern Research and
Development facility to provide better quality products
to the Customers with latest designing, art work and scanning
facilities. It has also plan to install 2 No. of Pouch
making machine, 10 colour Digital Drive Printing Machine,
Solvent Lens Lamination from Italy, Flexo Printing Machine
from Europe to cope with the growing needs of the packaging
industry.
