Presently
he is a consultant dermatologist engaged in private practice
in Kolkata & adjacent areas of North 24 parganas.
He completed his graduation from NRS Medical college&
hospital in 1993. He had secured an honours in Biochemistry(>75%marks)
in his first Professional university examination.
He
completed his post graduation Doctor of medicine degree
in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprology from the university
of Calcutta in 1999.
He
joined the Indian Railways Medical Service (IRMS)&
has served as a Dermatologist at BRSingh hospital,
Eastern Railway till May 2004.He had been awarded the
General Manager Eastern Railways award for meritorious
service in 2002-2003.
His
special interests are in HIV / AIDS counseling&
therapy, and
vitiligo surgery.
